Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flight Operations Manager to oversee our flight operations at our Huddersfield location. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of flight operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of flight scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits in flight operations.
• Ensure proper documentation for all flights and operations.
• Lead the flight operations team to achieve high standards of service.
• Maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
• Review and approve flight plans and operational processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in flight operations management

Technical Skills

• Flight Scheduling Software

Certifications

• Private Pilot License (PPL)
• Certified Aviation Manager (CAM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
