Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asphalt Paving Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in constructing and maintaining asphalt roads, driveways, and other paved surfaces. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for paving by levelling surfaces and ensuring quality.
• Operate various machines, including asphalt rollers and spreaders.
• Assist with repairs of asphalt as needed based on inspections.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and adhere to required specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, disposing of waste responsibly.

Requirements

Education

• Any relevant trade qualifications are a plus.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Maintenance skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
