Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Internal Grinder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in grinding and polishing surfaces of internal components based on strict specifications and quality standards. This position demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate internal grinding machines to finish components accurately.
• Conduct inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Calibrate equipment to guarantee operational efficiency and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold manufacturing standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of new technologies.
• Assist in mentoring junior operators in machine operation and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• CNC Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in quality assurance: Prior experience in QA roles would be beneficial.
