Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Support the finance team in developing financial strategies.
• Analyze variances between actual performance and budget forecasts.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc financial projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Utilize financial software tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
