Job Description

As a Card Table Attendant, you will ensure the smooth operation of card tables, delivering top-notch customer service while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations. Your role will involve interacting with players, managing chips and cash, and ensuring a clean and enjoyable gaming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage card tables, ensuring all games are operated fairly and according to rules.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure the gaming area is clean, organized, and comfortable for players.
  • Calculate and handle cash exchanges efficiently and securely.
  • Observe players for any rule violations or misconduct, reporting issues promptly.
  • Help train new staff on proper gaming procedures and customer service practices.
  • Maintain records of table inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Perform general maintenance of gaming equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide clarification on game rules and assist customers during games.
  • Adhere to all local gaming laws and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Education

  • Gaming license (will be obtained through employer)
