Job Description

We seek a proactive Legal Counsel to join our Belfast team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of corporate law and compliance, ready to manage legal matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external counsel as necessary.
• Provide insights on risk assessment and management.
• Facilitate workshops to enhance legal awareness within the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends affecting legal practices.
• Review marketing materials for compliance with advertising laws.

Requirements

Education

• LL.B in Law or equivalent
• Further qualifications in a specialty area is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law or similar legal environment

Certifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PgDL)
• Accredited Mediator Certification
