Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Rack Pusher to become a vital part of our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will excel at efficiently and safely moving racks throughout the facility to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently moving racks throughout the warehouse per safety guidelines.
• Stacking racks properly to optimize space usage.
• Performing regular inspections of racks to identify any issues.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss operational efficiency.
• Assisting with inventory management tasks where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications necessary

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus

Technical Skills

• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities
• Punctuality and reliability

Certifications

• Health and safety awareness training (preferred but not mandatory)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Health and Safety Regulation Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse safety protocols will be advantageous.
• Prior experience with product stacking and alignment: Experience in managing product layouts in a warehouse setting.
