Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hatchery Manager to oversee our hatchery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality poultry while managing staff and maintaining optimal conditions.
Responsibilities
Develop and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks in the hatchery.
Monitor financial performance and control costs associated with hatchery operations.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices and safety.

Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Animal Science or a related field is preferred

Proven experience in hatchery management role.
