Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hatchery Manager to oversee our hatchery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality poultry while managing staff and maintaining optimal conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks in the hatchery.
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs associated with hatchery operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Implement new technologies and innovations to improve hatchery processes.
  • Evaluate and report on hatchery performance metrics and production goals.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Animal Science or a related field is preferred

  • Proven experience in hatchery management role.
