Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machining Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in machining operations and possess a strong attention to detail. Your role will include operating and maintaining various machining equipment to produce high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various machining equipment, ensuring high precision and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance tooling and production processes.
  • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on machining equipment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in training new team members on machining operations.
  • Participate in health and safety audits to maintain compliance.
  • Report any malfunctions or issues promptly to management.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment through teamwork and communication.
  • Engage in skill development opportunities to further machining knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of production output.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical diploma in machining or related field preferred
Experience
  • Experience with CNC machining is advantageous
