Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Control Panel Wireman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing control panels following precise electrical and engineering specifications. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret electrical schematics and engineering specifications effectively.
  • Carry out wiring of control panels by employing safe working practices.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of control panels for quality assurance.
  • Identify and rectify wiring and configuration issues efficiently.
  • Work alongside project teams to meet production schedules.
  • Document assembly processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical assembly health and safety standards.
  • Involve in the training of new team members regarding assembly procedures.
  • Support engineering teams in prototype development.
  • Participate in team meetings to align on project and production goals.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant technical certification preferred
Experience
  • Experience in control panel wiring or related field preferred, ideally 3+ years.
