Job Description

As a Cloth Hand, you will work with a variety of fabrics and materials to create high-quality garments. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that every item meets our rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cutting, sewing, and assembling of various textile products.
  • Maintain equipment and tools for efficient operation.
  • Work closely with design teams to bring creations to life.
  • Ensure that all garments adhere to company standards and specifications.
  • Test fabric durability and appearance post-production.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and document findings.
  • Assist in training new staff on proper sewing techniques.
  • Monitor inventory of fabrics and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • Training or certification in fashion technology or textiles preferred.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in garment production.

Advantageous

  • Experience with pattern making and alterations: Hands-on experience in making and altering garment patterns.
