Job Description

As a Childcare Worker at our centre, your primary role will be to ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care. You will engage them in various activities aimed at promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of children during activities and in the play area.
• Organize and guide children in engaging educational games and activities.
• Assist in maintaining health and hygiene standards in the facility.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to promote a supportive team environment.
• Participate in staff training and development opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with children, helping them to feel secure and valued.

Requirements

Education

• Qualifications in early childhood education are highly desirable.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting is desirable.

• Knowledge of safeguarding practices

Languages

• English: Fluent
