Job Description
As a Childcare Worker at our centre, your primary role will be to ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care. You will engage them in various activities aimed at promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of children during activities and in the play area.
Organize and guide children in engaging educational games and activities.
Assist in maintaining health and hygiene standards in the facility.
Work collaboratively with other staff to promote a supportive team environment.
Participate in staff training and development opportunities.
Build positive relationships with children, helping them to feel secure and valued.
Requirements
Education
Qualifications in early childhood education are highly desirable.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting is desirable.
