Job Description

We are in search of skilled Extruding and Forming Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in producing high-quality synthetic and glass fibers using advanced machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extruding and forming machines.
• Monitor the quality of produced fibers and adjust processes as necessary.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Document production reports and assist in inventory control.
• Work together with the production team to meet manufacturing targets.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Engage in problem-solving initiatives to improve production efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and meetings.
• Support the team in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile manufacturing is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in textile production or machine operation

Technical Skills

• Machine Maintenance
• ISO Quality Standards

Languages

• English: Fluent
