Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Computer User Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our customers via various communication channels, ensuring their satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the help desk software.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and updates.
  • Provide training to users on software and tools.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for users.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss customer feedback and service improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in IT support are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT customer support.
