Job Description

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in research activities. You will engage closely with researchers and regulatory bodies to maintain high standards of integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant research regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Develop compliance training programs for staff and researchers.
  • Evaluate research protocols for regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify non-compliance and create corrective action plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory inspections.
  • Provide support in developing research compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure data protection and privacy compliance.
  • Stay informed about updates in research compliance regulations.
  • Review compliance documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in compliance or related field
  • Master's degree or additional certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in research compliance.
