Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist in Worcester who will be responsible for managing and analysing contracts within various compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience in contract negotiation and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from creation to execution.
• Evaluate contract terms to identify potential issues or areas for negotiation.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures for contract management.
• Respond to inquiries related to contract provisions and compliance.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and recommend improvements.
• Train and support team members on contract management practices.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Law or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in compliance is desirable

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a compliance or legal setting
