• Conduct assessments to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance adherence.
• Create documentation to support compliance requirements and protocols.
• Facilitate compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
• Provide expert advice on environmental impact assessments and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Law, or related field
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Compliance Diploma) desirable
• Knowledge of environmental regulations In-depth understanding of environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
• Risk assessment techniques Proficient in identifying and assessing compliance risks.
• Analytical thinking Strong analytical skills for evaluating compliance issues.
• Excellent communication skills Ability to convey complex compliance information clearly.
• Compliance Certification (e.g., ICA Certificate in Compliance)
• Environmental Management Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in conducting training workshops: Ability to train employees on compliance standards and best practices.
