Job Description

As a Car Starter, you will be responsible for effectively starting vehicles and ensuring their functionality. This role requires a solid understanding of various automotive systems and a keen eye for detail. Join our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each vehicle is prepared for customer pickups by following the car start-up checklist.
  • Document all maintenance work and repairs accurately in the system.
  • Support the workshop with general maintenance tasks.
  • Assist clients with queries regarding car functionality and maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory levels for essential items and report shortages to management.
  • Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service.
  • Participate in safety audits and compliance checks regularly.
  • Implement recommendations from management for improving workshop operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Automotive Engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in customer service roles is beneficial.
