Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Clerk to support the day-to-day administrative tasks related to our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage plant inventory records effectively and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor performance and managing supplier relationships.
  • Support team members in the preparation of reports and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new staff on plant documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes.
  • Implement best practices for administrative functions within the plant.
  • Aid in the resolution of issues related to plant operations.
  • Review and update standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
  • Participate in safety audits and assist in the development of safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant administrative or business qualification is preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in plant operations will be highly regarded.
