Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Land Surveyor to contribute to our projects in Salisbury. This role involves conducting detailed site surveys, liaising with stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive reports to guide architectural design and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Train and mentor junior surveyors and technical staff.
  • Manage and maintain surveying equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with local councils and authorities on planning approvals.
  • Present survey findings and proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Surveying or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of professional surveying experience

  • Land Registration
  • Project Management Software

Certifications
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Safety
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
