Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Advisor to provide expert legal counsel and support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK law and experience in corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of legal documents and reports.
• Provide strategic advice on business development opportunities.
• Engage with external stakeholders regarding legal matters.
• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
• Assist with mediation and dispute resolution processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate qualifications in Law preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a commercial legal practice

Technical Skills

• Legal drafting
• Litigation support

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Negotiation

Certifications

• CILEx Level 6 Diploma in Law
• Solicitor Qualifying Exam (SQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with international law: Knowledge of legal principles governing international transactions.
• Proficiency in additional languages: Fluency in languages other than English, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
