We are in search of a meticulous Jig Builder responsible for constructing and assembling specialized jigs that are essential for guiding tools in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and have a keen eye for detail to ensure precision.

Responsibilities

• Construct precise jigs using CAD software for design interpretation.
• Inspect and calibrate jigs for precision and functionality.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve jig designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to jigs during production.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the jig building process.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational qualification in Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in jig building or similar role within manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Proficient with hand and power tools
• CAD software skills

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
