Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Manager who will oversee our nursing staff and operations in Belfast. The role requires excellent leadership skills and a commitment to high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Implement nursing standards and guidelines.
• Conduct staff meetings to discuss care strategies and updates.
• Evaluate patient care processes and suggest improvements.
• Assist in recruitment and orientation of new nursing staff.
• Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and families.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years in a leadership role
