Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our current business processes to increase efficiency and productivity. As a Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and suggest innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analyses of business systems and workflows to enhance performance.
  • Develop process documentation to support ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Engage with team members to gather insights about operational challenges.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to promote process improvement methodologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further enhancements.
  • Utilise data analysis tools to measure outcomes and impact.
  • Communicate findings and make presentations to senior management.
  • Lead project teams in executing process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or consulting roles
