Job Description

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be pivotal in ensuring healthcare professionals meet the required standards and maintain accurate credentials. Collaborating with internal teams, you will verify qualifications and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the quality and validity of required documentation submitted by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identify and rectify credentialing issues.
• Support onboarding processes with credentialing needs for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for credentialing queries from healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
• Master's degree or additional certifications are advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in credentialing or a compliance-related role.
