Responsibilities

• Execute precise insertions with sharp objects while ensuring a professional approach.
• Uphold cleanliness and sterility standards at all times.
• Implement safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Document all procedures accurately for record-keeping.
• Be vigilant in monitoring patients' comfort and safety during procedures.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices.
• Engage in regular safety audits of the workspace.
• Contribute to team discussions about improving procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in medical procedures is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with sanitization procedures

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
