As a Farm Equipment Mechanic, you will be essential in ensuring the operational efficiency of our agricultural machinery. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks. Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance on farm equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Evaluate and diagnose issues affecting machinery functionality.
• Repair or replace components as necessary, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
• Assist in training junior staff and new hires.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure machinery readiness.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules based on equipment usage.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Agricultural Engineering or related field
• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• Experience with modern tractor systems and technology.
