Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Sheffield team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You'll play a key role in enhancing urban infrastructures, contributing to exciting developments in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of civil engineering designs.
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Co-ordinate with surveyors, geotechnical engineers, and other specialists.
  • Implement project changes and report progress to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering better practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and project documentation for stakeholders.
  • Oversee final inspection and project handover phases.
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in civil engineering
Technical Skills
  • Civil Engineering Software (e.g. SAP2000, ETABS)
  • GIS Applications

Languages
