Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Community Health Organizer to join our team in Middlesbrough. In this role, you will coordinate community health initiatives, facilitate health education sessions, and collaborate with local organizations to improve public health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve access to health services for underserved populations.
• Identify funding opportunities for community health projects.
• Work with data specialists to analyze health program impact.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior health organizers.
• Report progress and results to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion or Sociology
• Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in health communication or similar roles
