Job Description

As a Computer, Automated Teller, and Office Machine Repairer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of critical machinery used by financial institutions. Your expertise will help troubleshoot and repair a range of equipment, from ATMs to office machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on accounting machines to prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot issues with automated teller machines and other office devices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards in the repair and maintenance processes.
  • Train team members on operational procedures and equipment handling.
  • Assist in the inventory management of machine parts and tools.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements on current maintenance processes.
  • Commit to continuous learning through training and workshops.
  • Collaborate with IT specialists for optimal machine configurations.
  • Manage customer service requests related to machine functionality.
  • Prepare reports on equipment status and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in Electronics or a related field
  • Advanced certifications in mechanical repairs are a plus
