Job Description

As a Sales Channel Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that enhance our sales pipelines and market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving channel partnerships and optimizing sales performance, alongside excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of channel marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Create and manage channel partner agreements and contracts.
  • Evaluate channel performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with product development teams to ensure offerings meet partner and client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market changes.
  • Engage in regular communication with partners to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews with key partners.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new channel partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role with experience in channel management.
