Data Science Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to spearhead data-driven initiatives at Tech Innovations Inc. As a pivotal member of our analytics team, you will guide projects from conception through implementation, leveraging machine learning models and statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection to model deployment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into business strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders to visualize key performance indicators.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform project decisions and direction.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Implement data governance and compliance protocols to safeguard data integrity.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a data analytical capacity
