• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician or nursing supervisor.
• Implement treatment plans and multidisciplinary interventions effectively.
• Assist in conducting research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff and students.
• Foster a supportive and positive environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Engage in continuous learning to remain current with best nursing practices.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)

Experience

• Experience in specialty areas (e.g., ICU, geriatrics) is beneficial
