Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Easement Worker to manage and safeguard easement rights on behalf of our property owners. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure compliance with easement agreements and addressing any potential disputes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and an understanding of property management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure easement rights for utility services.
  • Assist property owners in understanding easement agreements and obligations.
  • Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
  • Regularly audit compliance with easement agreements.
  • Collaborate with project managers on easement-related project requirements.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions for easement disputes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property management regulations.
  • Build a network with local government and other agencies.
  • Gather data for analysis and reporting regarding easement performance.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote awareness of easement rights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Real Estate, Geography, or a related field
  • Professional certification in land surveying or real estate management (e.g., RICS, CFA)
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in property management, land surveying, or easement administration
