Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Logistics Solutions Ltd, you will lead a team to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will oversee daily activities, implement best practices, and guarantee that all safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives.
• Oversee physical inventory and manage discrepancies.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Review and optimise warehouse layout for efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
• Ensure proper documentation of all shipments and deliveries.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
