Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dairy Worker to join our dedicated team on the farm in Bristol. The successful candidate will engage in essential tasks related to the production and maintenance of dairy products, ensuring the highest standards of animal care and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out milking duties and ensure the cows are comfortable.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the milking area and barns.
• Administer feed and ensure proper nutrition for livestock.
• Support breeding processes and assist with calving.
• Monitor animal health and report issues to the Farm Manager.
• Harvest dairy products and ensure proper storage.
• Contribute to farm maintenance tasks and general duties.
• Utilize farm machinery safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational or technical training in agriculture or dairy farming preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in dairy farming or related agricultural work is highly desirable.
