Responsibilities

• Conduct research on building materials and sustainable practices.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals.

• Facilitate communication between various project teams.
• Review contractor submissions to ensure quality control.
• Advocate for environmental sustainability in design practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• 3D Modelling

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with local planning regulations: Understanding of UK building codes and regulations.
• Ability to use virtual reality for design presentations: Experience in using VR tools for client presentations.
