Job Description

As a Last Picker, you will be tasked with picking and packing orders, ensuring that all items are packed accurately and efficiently for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate operation of stretch box machinery for package production.
• Make necessary adjustments to optimise production quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery.
• Inspect packaged products for quality assurance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain workspace hygiene.
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals.
• Resolve any operational challenges promptly, documenting issues.
• Keep detailed logs of production performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience in operating stretch box machinery highly regarded.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Quality control knowledge

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Understanding of workplace safety standards.
• Prior experience as a machine operator: Experience in a production role operating machinery.
