We are seeking a proactive Distribution Coordinator to join our team in Bangor. The ideal candidate will oversee daily logistics operations, manage shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the distribution process.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all shipments.
• Work closely with team members to foster collaboration.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding logistics.
• Maintain records of all distribution activities.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a distribution role

Technical Skills

• SAP or similar ERP software
• Data Analysis Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
