Job Description

As a Lodging Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our boardinghouse, ensuring a pleasant living environment for tenants. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant admissions, maintaining the facility, and organizing events.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the overall management of the boardinghouse.
  • Ensure a well-maintained and hygienic living environment for tenants.
  • Facilitate adherence to community guidelines and address issues effectively.
  • Manage financial flows including tenant payments and budget assessments.
  • Curate and oversee events to enhance tenant engagement and community spirit.
  • Ensure robust security measures are in place for tenant safety.
  • Mentor and develop staff to ensure a high level of service.
  • Maintain open channels of communication with tenants to address concerns.
  • Document all tenant-related information accurately.
  • Stay current with local rental regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management or similar role
