Job Description

As a Tower Hand at Telecom Builders Ltd., you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers. This physically demanding position requires the ability to work at heights and operate various tools, ensuring the safety and efficiency of installation operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in the assembly and disassembly of tower components.
• Conduct regular inspections of installed equipment to ensure functionality.
• Assist with training new staff on safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with other trades on site to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage material inventory and report shortages to supervisors.
• Participate in safety meetings to discuss protocols and improvements.
• Implement suggestions for improving work practices and safety.
• Educate clients on system operations and maintenance schedules.
• Document any incidents or accidents in compliance with company policy.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in telecommunications, construction, or related field is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate power tools
• Basic computer skills

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Training Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
