Job Description

As a Project Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires effective communication with clients and team members, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining quality standards through each project phase.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for new customers to maximize product usage.
  • Establish and maintain a customer feedback loop to improve processes.
  • Coordinate with technical support on complex queries and resolutions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with sales to convert.
  • Engage with customers post-implementation to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions within the CRM system for tracking purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
