Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate residential and commercial infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct site evaluations and perform surveys.
  • Develop CAD drawings and models to represent design plans.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout project phases.
  • Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Provide input for project presentation and reporting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Engage in continued professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
