Job Description

We are on the lookout for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making within the organisation. You'll work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive data-centric strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data collection systems and strategies.
  • Analyse complex data sets and provide insights for business strategy.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve data systems and processes.
  • Monitor data quality and work with management to resolve issues.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role or related experience
