Responsibilities

• Present design ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in motion design: Knowledge of animation techniques for enhancing UX.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Understanding of basic front-end technologies for better collaboration with developers.
