Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Development Lead! You'll take charge of mobile app development from concept through to launch, leading your team to produce outstanding products while collaborating with design and product teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the mobile development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Engage with product management to align on product strategy and goals.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and architecture guidelines.
• Drive technical discussions and innovation sessions with the team.
• Identify resource needs and assist in project planning and reviews.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mobile application issues.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture.
• Implement metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve development processes.
• Develops and maintains relationships with external partners and vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading mobile development teams
