We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and details, along with a solid understanding of design principles. You will be involved in crafting stunning visuals that communicate our clients' messages effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns from start to finish.
• Provide design support for events and presentations.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines.
• Gather feedback from clients and make revisions as needed.
• Research and suggest innovative design techniques and trends.
• Engage in the overall creative process and provide input on digital strategy.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design or similar
• Proven experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of professional design experience
