Job Description

As a Plastics Plater, you'll be applying decorative metallic coatings to a variety of plastic products using advanced techniques such as vacuum metallization, electroplating, and spray coating. It's a role that demands precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mask plastic components prior to application.
• Utilize various plating technologies effectively, including electroplating and vacuum metallization.
• Conduct routine maintenance on plating machinery.
• Monitor and adjust plating parameters to ensure product quality.
• Work closely with team members to meet production schedules.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance workflow.
• Train new team members on plating procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks and document findings.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software: Experience in using CAD software for interpreting technical drawings.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role: Experience leading small teams in a manufacturing environment.
