As an Aesthetician at Beauty Haven, you'll be at the forefront of skincare and beauty treatments. Your role will involve providing expert advice on skincare routines, performing treatments such as facials and body wraps, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. We're seeking passionate individuals who are eager to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic services with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on aftercare and product use for optimal treatment benefits.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure a smooth reception process.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
• Maintain inventory of products and equipment, ordering supplies as necessary.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and provide feedback for service enhancement.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes to track improvements.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
• Additional training in advanced aesthetic treatments is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aesthetic or medical spa settings

Technical Skills

• Laser Treatments
• Microneedling Techniques

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Advanced Aesthetic Techniques Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Training in holistic therapies: Knowledge in complementary therapies such as aromatherapy or reflexology.
• Previous experience in a clinic setting: Experience working in a busy aesthetic clinic will be highly beneficial.
