We are on the lookout for an E-learning Developer who can innovate and create compelling digital learning experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with educators to produce high-quality e-learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. A knack for technology and creativity will be key in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative and interactive online courses from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate with educational professionals to design curricula that engage learners.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor courses to learner requirements and preferences.
• Implement user testing and incorporate feedback into course revisions.
• Explore and utilise current trends in e-learning to enhance course offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development

Technical Skills

• eLearning Authoring Tools
• Video Editing Software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Advanced Instructional Designer Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
